SHIPPING INFORMATION

Luma Lab attempts to process and ship all orders within 48 Business hours. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a shipping confirmation with a shipping tracking number. You may need to allow 24 business hours for the tracking details to be available online. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address as Luma Lab will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and will not reimburse you for the order and the shipping costs.

All deliveries will require signature on Delivery.

At times, our delivery partner may experience delays during peak periods or during environmental and/or industrial factors that are beyond our or their control. If you do not receive your item within the delivery times outlined please email us.
